A Micro Dynamics VTS system is forced circulation and fully automatic thermic fluid heater in liquid phase in which thermic fluid under pressure is circulated through set of nested coils while induced draft combustion gases travel across the coils and there by heats the thermic fluid in coils up to 300C at nearly atmospheric pressure. This heated oil is circulated through the process to dissipate heat into the process. Temperature controller monitors the output temperature and regulates the supply of fuel and air to the furnace for efficient combustion of fuel.
We have introduced latest Splid Design System to ensure proper flow rate and minimum pressure drop through both the coils and thereby reducing the pump horse power as compared Split Design System can also be offered with separate pumps for each coil for superb results.
Split design ensures better oil flow rate and is suitable for longer system piping.

Abnormal Condition
Safety Action
Low Thermic Fluid Level in expansion tank
Level Switch actuated at expansion tank cuts of the ID Fan / FD Fan.
Low Thermic Fluid Flow
Differential pressure switch (DPS) across inlet and outlet headers cuts of the ID Fan slowing down combustion
Thermic fluid system pressure high due to system valves closure etc.
- Pressure switch cuts of ID Fan and alarm
- Safety relief valve (Optional) to be provided in the system piping so as to by pass the oil
Thermic Fluid Temperature High
Digital temperature cuts of ID fan at set point
Coil Chocking
Differential pressure switch (DPS) across system cuts of the ID Fan slowing down combustion
Thermic Fluid Motor Trip
Electrical Interlock cuts of fans.
Power Failure
- Diesel Engine (Optional) Keeps thermic fluid moving to avoid overheating and overflow of oil.
- Exhaust with Damper provided on furnace to drive away hot gases directly.
